Blueprint

The whole machine on one sheet — every part in its place, every flow drawn, every gate marked. The parts are the real ones, and the sheet is updated in place as they move.

The sheet

One drawing, opened one level.

The origin instance sits at the center, opened downward into its engine — the memory, the law, the machinery, the context spine — and its hangar, where the workspace develops unserved. Above it, the serving chain: signed tag, external timestamp, the mirror, this website. Beside it, two governed instances born from the seed, corresponding through the envelope post. And in the corner, the owner — the diamond. The legend rides the sheet.

The grammar

Shapes carry the meaning.

The ellipse is the origin instance; circles are living instances born from it; the octagon is a served surface — a projection, not an instance; squares are components and tools. The dome riding the ellipse is a face: view-state on the machine, never the machine. Dashes mark what is governed but not live — unserved, frozen, private, armed.

The cone is the sheet’s one thesis. Pointing inward, it opens the origin into its engine and its hangar; pointing outward, the same shape is a birth — the seed casting the whole pattern one scale down. Zooming in and growing out produce the same drawing. That is recursive simplicity, drawn.

The grammar is the owner’s: sheet no. 1 was drawn by hand, and this sheet answers it, keeping the vocabulary and adding four marks — the dome, the seed capsule, the diamond, the dashes.

How to read it

Follow the word, not the arrows.

Every flow on the sheet moves on its own — envelopes travel, the intake accepts, releases sync — except where a diamond sits. A diamond is a gate, and a gate crosses on one thing only: the owner’s word. The refresh word serves the site; the pack is emitted at a close but ships on the word; a draft becomes law by ratification alone. The large diamond in the corner is the owner; every gate is a small copy.

The sheet is also honest about lag. The hangar develops unserved by design — the room behind the FRACTAL button in the menu is the served build, and it trails the hangar deliberately until the refresh word is given. The regression suite stands before any serving.

Some parts are deliberately not wired. The shelf floats free because conventions are summoned into sessions, not connected. The dormant column is dashed, not absent: governed, asleep. Federation is dashed because it is armed future — nothing here is built before its trigger fires. And this page is a drawing, updated in place to stay true; the map of record is the Architecture State, in the repository like everything else.
